CASK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,185 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC2, PLCG2, and CASK_S582. Each is linked with CASK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASK-to-partner and partner-to-CASK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASK versus THOC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
