CASK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF7, NKG7, and LILRA5. Each is linked with CASK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASK-to-partner and partner-to-CASK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASK versus SLAMF7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
