CASK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASK-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, OR10G7, and MS4A18. Each is linked with CASK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASK-to-partner and partner-to-CASK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by CASK-low versus CASK-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
