CASD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,777 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A, AKAP9, and HIP1. Each is linked with CASD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASD1-to-partner and partner-to-CASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASD1 versus PPP1R9A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
