CASD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300E, MTHFD1L, and SLC1A1. Each is linked with CASD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASD1-to-partner and partner-to-CASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASD1 versus CD300E in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
