CASC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,505 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGDIB, and VPS13C. Each is linked with CASC9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC9-to-partner and partner-to-CASC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC9 versus ARHGAP45 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
