CASC4P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,677 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC4P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP32, CD53, and S100A11. Each is linked with CASC4P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC4P1-to-partner and partner-to-CASC4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC4P1 versus ARHGAP32 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
