CASC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,691 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A1, FUT11, and THBS1. Each is linked with CASC18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC18-to-partner and partner-to-CASC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC18 versus COL5A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
