Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CARTPT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CARTPT data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CARTPT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CARTPT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CARTPT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
