Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,147 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Depyrimidination, Base-excision repair, AP site formation, and Base-excision repair. Each is linked with CARS2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARS2-to-partner and partner-to-CARS2 results are reported.
