CARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,637 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRTP1, MAMDC2, and KIT. Each is linked with CARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARS2-to-partner and partner-to-CARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARS2 versus GRTP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
