CARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-271P, RNU6-753P, and MIR517B. Each is linked with CARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARS2-to-partner and partner-to-CARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-271P grouped by CARS2-low versus CARS2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
