CARNMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARNMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARNMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTL9, MMP26, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with CARNMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARNMT1-to-partner and partner-to-CARNMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTL9 grouped by CARNMT1-low versus CARNMT1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARNMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARNMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
