CARMIL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARMIL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,524 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM145, SYNGAP1, and OTUD7A. Each is linked with CARMIL3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL3-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
