CARMIL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,387 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBC2, FMNL1, and MIAT. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARMIL2 versus TRBC2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
