CARMIL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,239 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARMIL2_S1381, GPSM3, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARMIL2 versus CARMIL2_S1381 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
