Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, INPP4B, and ATM. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CARMIL2-low versus CARMIL2-high in UCEC.
