Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARMIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 912 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR63, SBK1, and KRT77. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.
