Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARMIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,697 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROR2, WDR90, and DNAH10. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.
