CARMAL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,478 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPX, RCN3, and THBS2. Each is linked with CARMAL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMAL-to-partner and partner-to-CARMAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARMAL versus SRPX in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
