CARM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF145, MIR3913-1, and MIR6718. Each is linked with CARM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARM1-to-partner and partner-to-CARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF145 grouped by CARM1-low versus CARM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
