CARM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT1, GML, and LGI1. Each is linked with CARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARM1-to-partner and partner-to-CARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRIT1 grouped by CARM1-low versus CARM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
