CARHSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARHSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARHSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-362P, HMGN1P16, and FAM47A. Each is linked with CARHSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARHSP1-to-partner and partner-to-CARHSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-362P grouped by CARHSP1-low versus CARHSP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARHSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARHSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
