Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARHSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,018 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CARHSP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Cell cycle DNA replication initiation, and Nuclear cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with CARHSP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARHSP1-to-partner and partner-to-CARHSP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by CARHSP1-low versus CARHSP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
