CARF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, C-Raf, and eEF2. Each is linked with CARF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARF-to-partner and partner-to-CARF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CARF-low versus CARF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
