CARD8

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,327 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAX1, FCRL1, and JAK3. Each is linked with CARD8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD8-to-partner and partner-to-CARD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARD8 versus LAX1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
