CARD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, LSM10, and FAM120AOS. Each is linked with CARD8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD8-to-partner and partner-to-CARD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1E1P2 grouped by CARD8-low versus CARD8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
