CARD8

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CARD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD8-to-partner and partner-to-CARD8 results are reported.
