Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,582 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Constitutive heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with CARD8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD8-to-partner and partner-to-CARD8 results are reported.
