CARD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,316 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEL, HECA, and SAMD9. Each is linked with CARD6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD6-to-partner and partner-to-CARD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARD6 versus RNASEL in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
