CARD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARPC5, ATAD2, and SERPINB1. Each is linked with CARD6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD6-to-partner and partner-to-CARD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARD6 versus ARPC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
