Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,091 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antigen processing and presentation, Basement membrane disassembly, and Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with CARD6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD6-to-partner and partner-to-CARD6 results are reported.
