CARD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCYGR10, PF4V1, and IL4. Each is linked with CARD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD6-to-partner and partner-to-CARD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCYGR10 grouped by CARD6-low versus CARD6-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
