Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CARD19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CARD19 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CARD19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CARD19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where CARD19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
