CARD19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6856, SNORA74C-1, and RBMY3AP. Each is linked with CARD19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD19-to-partner and partner-to-CARD19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6856 grouped by CARD19-low versus CARD19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
