CARD17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, RNU6-954P, and PLCE1P1. Each is linked with CARD17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD17-to-partner and partner-to-CARD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by CARD17-low versus CARD17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
