CARD16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, RCSD1, and CORO1A. Each is linked with CARD16 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD16-to-partner and partner-to-CARD16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
