CARD16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, NKG7, and HLA-F. Each is linked with CARD16 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD16-to-partner and partner-to-CARD16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
