CAPZA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,035 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Morphogenesis of embryonic epithelium. Each is linked with CAPZA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by CAPZA3-low versus CAPZA3-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
