CAPZA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,204 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF11P2, RNU6-74P, and KIR2DP1. Each is linked with CAPZA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF11P2 grouped by CAPZA3-low versus CAPZA3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
