CAPZA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Ku80, and TFRC. Each is linked with CAPZA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by CAPZA3-low versus CAPZA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
