The most reproducible CAPZA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway, and Mesoderm formation. Each is linked with CAPZA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA3 results are reported.
