CAPZA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPZA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL3, CCDC172, and FABP12. Each is linked with CAPZA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA3-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 grouped by CAPZA3-low versus CAPZA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPZA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPZA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
