Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAPZA1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CAPZA1P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CAPZA1P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAPZA1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, KICH, and THCA are the cancer types where CAPZA1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
