Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPZA1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPZA1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis, and Rap protein signal transduction. Each is linked with CAPZA1P1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPZA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPZA1P1 results are reported.
