CAPRIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPRIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,535 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPRIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHC1, WDR35, and KHDC4. Each is linked with CAPRIN2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPRIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPRIN2 versus PHC1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPRIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPRIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
