CAPRIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAPRIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPRIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf22, SERPINA7, and KRT85. Each is linked with CAPRIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPRIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C3orf22 grouped by CAPRIN2-low versus CAPRIN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPRIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPRIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
