CAPRIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPRIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPRIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH6, and Bim. Each is linked with CAPRIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPRIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CAPRIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CAPRIN1-low versus CAPRIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPRIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPRIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
