CAPNS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPNS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPNS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPCAT2, DGKA, and PKP1_S142. Each is linked with CAPNS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPNS2 versus LPCAT2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
