Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPNS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,919 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPNS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P12, CHADL, and PTK6. Each is linked with CAPNS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPNS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPNS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPNS2 versus RPL22P12 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPNS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPNS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
